Refund Policy

Overview

At FB-Writers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our digital products, courses, and subscriptions.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Spreadsheets)

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must not have been downloaded more than once.
• Refunds are not available for products that have been fully downloaded and accessed.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Product has been downloaded and accessed
• Request submitted after 7 days of purchase
• Dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described in the product listing

2. Courses and Learning Products

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Less than 20% of the course content must have been consumed.
• Courses with live or interactive components are non-refundable once accessed.

3. Membership / Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Annual subscriptions: Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal will be considered on a pro-rata basis.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the standard refund window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email support@fb-writers.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate dispute.
