Common Billing Questions
Update Payment Method
Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions → Manage Billing to update your card or payment details.
View Invoices
All invoices are available in Dashboard → Purchases. You can download PDF receipts for any order.
Cancel Subscription
Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions and click "Cancel". Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Request a Refund
Refunds are available within 7–14 days of purchase depending on the product type. See our Refund Policy.
Payment Failed
If your payment failed, check your card details, ensure sufficient funds, and try again. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
Unauthorized Charge
If you see an unrecognized charge, contact us immediately at billing@fb-writers.com with your account email.
Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
